In 2014, I moved to Sydney from Oakland, California with my late pup, Sophie. To get our bearings, we explored the Lower North Shore, and in the process, I fell in love with the beautiful 1930s bungalow gems that dot the community. Renovating these charming homes has now become a cornerstone of my practice, where I focus on maintaining their unique character while enhancing their space and functionality. I now take those walks with Oaki, our chief Barkitect, and even after over a decade, these homes continue to spark inspiration and excitement in my work.
